Windows 2008 r2 iscsi initiator

Haven't done anything different on this server when compared to the one where it works. I am not sure how the LUN is actually setup as this is only controlled by Datto vendor. However we are able to connect to it from a different server without issues.

This LUN has no prod data? It was only created to see if other servers could connect to it. And after nearly 3 weeks of escalations our vendor said that this issue falls outside of their scope now that it appears to be am issue with the server and not Datto appliance itself. However on the server where the issue originally started, I get nothing under Volumes and Devices tab.
